Qualifications : β Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of sales closures β Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. β Self-driven and adaptable with a customer-first approach. β Bachelorβs degree in business, Marketing, or related field. 2 . Team Lead β Luxury Real Estate Sales This is a leadership position for seasoned professionals who can drive performance, lead high-performing teams, and scale revenue in the luxury housing segment. Key Responsibilities : β Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets. β Develop and execute strategic sales plans for luxury real estate projects. β Expand market presence through channel partners, direct sales, and corporate engagements. β Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to boost productivity and morale. β Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies accordingly. β Drive high-value negotiations and ensure efficient closure of deals with proper compliance. Key Requirements : β Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales, including 3+ years in managing a team β Deep understanding of Bangaloreβs luxury real estate landscape. β Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. β MBA preferred; bachelorβs in business, Marketing, or related field required.
