Why this role matters

We are building a stronger delivery team. As Project Manager you will shape the way we work, coach site teams and vendors, and keep quality and cost control front and center while meeting every milestone.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end to end from kickoff to handover with a clear weekly plan

• Translate design into buildable packages with architects, MEP, and vendors

• Build and mentor site teams; set SOPs, checklists, and clean documentation habits

• Run quality reviews and safety walk-throughs; close snags quickly

• Control cost: value engineering, variations, RA bills, and accurate measurements

• Hold the schedule: look-ahead planning, daily coordination, and on-time approvals

• Coordinate procurement and logistics so materials meet program dates

• Manage stakeholder communication with crisp minutes and next steps after every meeting

• Keep drawings, RFIs, and approvals version-controlled and traceable

• Ensure statutory compliances, testing and commissioning, and readiness for audits

• Close projects with complete handover packs: as-builts, warranties, test reports, O&M, and DLP tracking

Qualifications

• 6–12 years delivering office fit-outs or allied CRE projects in a D&B/GC environment

• Strong reading of drawings, BOQs, and MEP interfaces; hands-on with QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning

• Confident with schedules, RA bills, measurements, variations, and basic contract terms

• Tools: MS Project or Primavera, Excel, CAD viewer or Bluebeam, site reporting trackers

• Education: B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) or B.Arch or Diploma in Civil; equivalent experience accepted

• Working knowledge of local codes and approvals (fire NOC, electrical, STP/HVAC testing, safety norms)

• Clear written and verbal communication with clients, PMCs, landlords, and vendors

• Leadership mindset: builds teams, coaches vendors, drives accountability and documentation

• Language: English required; Hindi/Telugu is an advantage

• Availability to travel across Hyderabad/Telangana as project needs dictate
