Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will lead the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Responsibilities include developing architectural designs, project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating design solutions with relevant software tools. The role also entails mentoring junior team members and liaising with clients to ensure their vision is realized.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
Strong Project Management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines effectively
Proficiency in Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflows
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with sustainable and innovative design practices is a plus
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) with relevant industry experience
Knowledge of building regulations and local compliance standards is highly desirable
