Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Travel Consultant at Arch Connect, you will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. You will also ensure high-quality customer service, addressing client inquiries and issues related to travel plans and bookings.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of travel planning software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
