Good To Have:

• CICD : Jenkins/ bitbucket, Pipeline Creations and L3 troubleshooting during issues
• Monitoring / Observability : Splunk / Dynatrace alert or Dashboard creation.

Tools Used:

• Remedy – Ticketing Tool

• Rally (For Story and Bug Tracking)

• Splunk and Dynatrace for Monitoring

• WinScp (file movement/ validation)

• Cyberark/Putty

• Toad – Querying Tool for DB.

Shifts : Rotational Shifts;

• Morning Shift : 6 AM To 2.30 Mm
• Afternoon Shift : 2.30 PM To 9.30 PM
• Night Shift : 10 PM To 6 AM.
