Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer for CNC machines, your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support for CNC machine installation, commissioning, and operation. - Conducting on-site customer training, trials, and application testing. - Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions. - Supporting new product launches with documentation, testing, and localization. - Preparing technical manuals, training materials, and support documents. - Participating in demos, exhibitions, and customer meetings. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. - 7-8 years of experience in the precision machinery industry. - Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC systems. - Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.,
