Role & responsibilities : Analysis Work directly with Business Analysist, stake holders to capture business requirement and translate them into technical designs Analyze and understand the structure of healthcare data in legacy systems. Knowledge of process analysis and improvement methodologies Development Design, develop and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, developments tools, code repositories and logging tools with UiPath Orchestrators. Managing production and development virtual machines, bot accounts, UiPath licenses allocations, configurations, orchestrator. Managing the end-to-end support of automations in production including development of support documentation, resolving bugs, quick fixes and change requests. Support deployments and troubleshoot production issues. Utilize customized migration tools and technologies to execute seamless data migration. Implement and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for efficient data transfer. Quality Assurance and Validation: Design and execute testing protocols to validate the accuracy and integrity of migrated healthcare data. Identify and address any data quality issues during the migration process Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure adherence to healthcare industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, including HIPAA. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the automation, RPA and integration Infrastructure is secure and stable. Implement and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive healthcare information. Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the data migration process. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement timely and effective solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of data migration processes, methodologies, configurations, and results. Provide clear and comprehensive documentation for reference and compliance purposes. Preferred candidate profile : Minimum 3 years as an automation/integration developer working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Knowledge of healthcare data and integration standards Expertise in UiPath Studio (RE-Framework), Orchestrator, Automation Hub Experience with command line scripting such as PowerShell, Python and Windows Command. Programming VBA/C#/.net/JavaScript UiPath Automation best practices Experience with database management systems, SQL, healthcare information systems, XML, JSON, SSIS. Associate or bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience may meet this requirement. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills in the context of data migration projects. Direct experience in translating end user requirements to technology outcomes and solutions.
