Job Description

Designation - Associate Analyst - Insurance Followup

Essential duties & responsibilities

Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls and solving the queries of the patients.
Assisting patients with scheduling/rescheduling & cancelling their appointments.
Documenting the calls in the Practice Management System and cascading the same to the doctors office for action to be taken.
Making sure daily assignments are completed in a timely manner.

Shift Timing- 5.30PM to 3 AM

Requirement - Any HSC or Graduate freshers with good communication skills are eligible

Location- Seepz - (Gate No 1), Andheri (E), Multistoried Building, Suite 505-508, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400096.
