Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Operations to manage hiring demand and deployment plans
Track open requisitions, support fulfillment prioritization, and plan for future workforce needs
Partner with Marker Unit leaders to understand business requirements and align staffing accordingly
Participate in weekly review meetings to provide status updates and remove roadblocks
Support internal movement and redeployment efforts by matching available talent with open roles
Help maintain compliance with client-specific onboarding and training standards
35 years of relevant experience in Workforce Management, Resource Planning, or Demand-Supply Management, preferably in a BPO/KPO environment; experience in US Healthcare RCM is a strong advantage
Bachelors degree from a recognized institution; strong command of English communication (written and verbal) and professional presentation skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to understand workforce trends, identify gaps, and suggest actionable solutions
Proficient in MS Excel for data tracking and reporting (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards); familiarity with tools like Power BI or similar reporting platforms is a plus
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, Ops, Training, etc.)
