What You'll Do We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to fill a Senior Analyst (SA) role within the MSP Practice, focused on the topic of Digital Marketing. As a Sr. Analyst within the MSP Practice Area, you will - Partner with case teams to consult clients in solving their key growth & digital marketing problems by identifying opportunities of growth, establishing key pilots based on impact & value and then driving impact in collaboration with client’s marketing team & agency. Travel requirements to support client projects, proposals, conversation starters can be minimum 70-80% to client locations and may vary across the year Bring in core expertise for handling marketing & growth modules in client work and can capture the proposed strategies in a client-ready manner. Bring in hands on expertise of managing performance marketing Be able to lead and execute deployment of MarTech and AI-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, analytics, AI-driven automation, and personalization platforms for the clients. Liaise with other specialized teams (e.g. BCG X) to bring out the optimal solutions to ensure that requests/projects are delivered in an optimal manner With consultants, collects, synthesizes, analyzes case team learning & inputs into new knowledge products (case vignettes, frameworks, methodology) Leverage his/her expertise to support project proposals (e.g. outside-in observations, competitive benchmarking, maturity assessment etc) as well as client casework. Be responsible for creating and maintaining best-in-class institutional content and knowledge that supports and advances the Digital Marketing topic (e.g. case vignettes, credentials, toolkit evaluations, vendor management, etc). Successful candidates will possess advanced analytics technical expertise, strong collaborative and execution capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills both to expert and non-expert audiences, a practical and flexible mindset, and high attention to detail and work quality. You will join a growing team with a global presence and will work most closely with team members in India. What You'll Bring Masters or MBA from a reputable institution is mandatory, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, or MarTech. 2+ years of consulting experience in [MSP sector] required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4–6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred Previous experience at a consulting firm, eCommerce, marketing agency firm strongly preferred Understanding of DSP/DMP platforms (Tradedesk, DV360 etc.), Mar-Tech (Clevertap, Moengage etc..) Expertise in Generative AI for Marketing is desirable: Understanding of Gen AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Adobe Sensei, Midjourney) for automated content creation, predictive modeling, and real-time campaign adjustments Prior experience in a start-up environment is desirable Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive out-of-the-box and critical thinker Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent written and spoken English Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities Who You'll Work With The Senior Analyst will be an integral part of BCG’s MSP Practice and directly integrate into case teams on client engagements. YOU’RE GOOD AT Solving complex client problems through relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions Assessing client’s digital marketing strategy and campaign management capabilities. Hands on in-depth expertise on platforms including – Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and Martech platforms like Clevertap, Moengage that helps identify key areas of opportunity for the client and implement the pilots. Understand the various components and drivers of growth across various stages of the customer journey including – acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. Analyze trends (such as traffic, conversion, user engagement, and repeat behavior) and create actionable programs leading to user growth & retention. Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs Working closely with client teams and agencies to understand strategic objectives and design tests/optimize campaigns to improve digital marketing performance and meet the clients' goals Interfacing with BCG case and client teams and reporting on results, in a credible and confident way Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtually, proficient in agile ways of working Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things, and able to propose innovative ideas Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
