Contact and qualify leads via auto-dialer and CRM tools.
Understand learner needs and explain relevant programs
Build rapport with potential learners to schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions.
Coordinate with Admission Counsellors to facilitate smooth enrolment.
Maintain accurate lead data, follow-up activities, and session status in CRM.
Achieve KPIs: 300+ daily call minutes, 5+ VC sessions booked, 80% lead connection rate.
Consistently meet weekly revenue and enrolment targets.
Minimum 2 years of EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad a plus).
Graduate (mandatory).
Must be working as an Individual Contributor with a proven sales track record.
