What You'll Do

• Drive admissions for online learning programs by connecting with potential learners.
  
• Understand student needs and provide accurate guidance on courses and career paths.
  
• Convert leads into successful enrolments via structured counselling sessions (phone/video).
  
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets and maximize your incentive potential.
  
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for learners.
  

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales/admissions/counselling (EdTech experience preferred).
  
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  
• Passionate about education and helping learners grow.
  
• Bachelors degree or higher.
  

What You Get

• Fixed Salary:

  6.5 LPA

• Unlimited Incentives:

  No cap on what you can earn!

• Working Hours:

  9 AM – 6 PM

• Work Days:

  Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
