Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admission Counsellor, located in Pune. The Senior Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about available programs, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. Daily tasks include engaging with students via multiple communication channels, assessing their interests and qualifications, and helping them make informed decisions about their education and career paths. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with university partners and internal teams to optimize the admission process.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Background in Education and awareness of educational programs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the higher education sector is a plus


Roles & Responsibilities :

· Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone/video calls, admission counselling, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.

· Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and provide constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.

· Meeting weekly enrolment / revenue targets.

· Being a mentor and guide whom potential learners can look up to for career advice.



Requirements :

· Good communication skills ( written & verbal )

· Hardworking Individuals with high dedication and extreme determination.

· Experience in edTech sales would be an advantage.

· Rockstar sales performers with proven track records.

· Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
