Job Description:

S-VYASA University is hiring an experienced Senior Admission Counsellor with CRM expertise to manage student admissions, lead conversions, and CRM-driven counselling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end admissions for UG, PG programs
• Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, walk-ins, emails, and virtual platforms
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
• Ensure timely follow-ups, stage movement, and accurate data entry in CRM
• Track lead ageing, conversion ratios, and admission targets
• Generate daily and monthly MIS reports from CRM
• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Guide students through eligibility, documentation, and fee payment
• Mentor junior admission counsellors and support team targets

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 4–5 years of experience in admissions counselling (University / College / EdTech)
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with proven conversion performance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in university or autonomous college institution admissions
• Strong CRM reporting and team coordination skills
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
