Vidyalankar Group is looking for Counsellor & Team Leader for Western, Central and Harbour lines.
1. Admissions Counsellor (Junior & Senior)
· Counsel students and parents on Vidyalankar programs
· Coordinate admission process & ensure target achievement
· Support centre operations and maintain student records.
· Ensure all collections are deposited in the bank and daily MIS is updated
2. Team Leader / Centre Head
· Counsel students and parents on Vidyalankar programs
· Supervise and motivate counsellors
· Monitor conversions and ensure admission targets are met
· Provide training & guidance to new joiners at centres
· Help students to improve their academic performance
· Oversee centre operations, admissions, and academic coordination
· Drive revenue, student satisfaction & centre performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
