Operations Intern

Vidyalankar Group is looking for an Operations Intern for the Course planning team.

Tenure: 3-6 months

Working hours: 8.5 hours

Location: Dadar (W)

Key Responsibilities:

• Topic-wise file updating of all centres.
• Preparation of test schedules.
• Coordination with faculty for test scheduling.
• Test announcements in V-Connect.
• Test ticking and marks entry in V-Connect.
• Sending SMS of marks to parents after evaluation.
• Handling student and centre queries during examinations.
• Centre-wise packing of Test Papers (TP) and Model Solutions (MS).
• Dispatching subjective papers to paper checkers for correction.
• Confirmation of tests, sending SMS to absent students, and tracking corrected paper distribution.
• Timely assessment data entry.
• Test supervision on exam days.
• Uploading lecture PDFs in Studease App.
• Willingness to work on Sundays and in morning shifts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate from any stream, 60 % minimum eligibility criteria
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry.
• Ability to handle operational work with accuracy.
• Prior experience in academic operations is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
