Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Admission Counsellor. The Senior Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing expert counseling services, and assisting them in selecting suitable educational courses. Key tasks include managing inquiries, offering detailed information about programs, maintaining strong communication with potential candidates, and meeting enrollment targets. The role requires excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for applicants.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to handle inquiries and provide guidance in a professional and supportive manner.
• Experience in Sales with the ability to meet enrollment targets and drive results.
• Familiarity with Education programs and student counseling processes.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant experience in the education industry or counseling is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in Education, Marketing, or similar areas is advantageous.
