Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Admission Counsellor at upGrad. The Senior Admission Counsellor will engage prospective students, guide them through the university admissions process, and assist in selecting suitable programs. Responsibilities include delivering professional counseling, providing exceptional customer service, facilitating admissions, and meeting sales and enrollment targets. The role is integral in assisting individuals to make informed decisions about their educational and career goals.
