Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them choose the right course.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms
• Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
• Conduct campus tours and coordinate counselling sessions
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admission campaigns
• Participate in education fairs, events, and outreach programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer engagement (education sector preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
