EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of Edtech-sales experience (Study Abroad is plus ), with at least 1 year spent in a single company.
WORK DAYS : Mon - Sat.WORK TIMINGS : 10 am to 8 Pm.NOTICE PERIOD : 0-15 Days.INTERVIEW PROCEDURE : 2 Telephonic Round and 1 Face to Face Round.SKILLS REQUIRED:Excellent verbal communication skills with an emphasis on fluency in theEnglish language.Ability to listen effectively, build trust with potential learners, andapproach situations with patience and empathy.Ability to persuade learners towards attending the Video Counselling [VC]session to ultimately influence their enrollment decisions.Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management foradministrative tasks and reporting requirements.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Engage with assigned leads and promptly initiate contact through theauto dialer system.Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility.Build rapport, credibility and establish trust with leads through effectivecommunication and active listening.Schedule Video Counselling [VC] sessions with Admission Counsellors forqualified leads.Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth communication between leadsand Admission Counsellors to facilitate the enrollment process.Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities inthe CRM system.
