Senior Manager – Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire administration function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Oversee facility management, infrastructure, housekeeping, security, transport, and front-office operations.
• Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices for administrative efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Drive initiatives for workplace safety, health, and environment (SHE).
• Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational guidelines.
• Support leadership with administrative planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Manage internal/external audits related to administration.
• Lead and mentor the admin team to deliver high-quality support services.
• Implement digital/admin tech tools for efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration / Management / Operations (preferred).

• 12–18 years

  of progressive experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Corporate Services.
• Proven experience in managing large facilities, vendor networks, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to BFSI/financial services industry preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
