Senior Administrator

As a Senior Administration & Facilities Support Executive at our Noida office, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administration and facility management functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing day-to-day administration and facilities operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. - Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements for AMC, security, housekeeping, and repairs. - Supervising procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiations, and budget optimization. - Maintaining and analyzing expense reports, purchase records, and facility budgets. - Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and statutory facility requirements. - Monitoring office infrastructure, utilities, and ensuring preventive maintenance. - Overseeing employee seating plans, workstation allocation, and office space utilization. - Supporting senior management in planning travel, events, and internal logistics. - Supervising front desk operations to ensure smooth visitor and employee support services. - Implementing process improvements in administrative systems, digital filing, and MIS reporting. - Leading and mentoring junior admin staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Skills required for this role include a strong command of MS Excel and facility management systems, excellent vendor management and negotiation skills, good understanding of compliance, safety, and statutory facility requirements, leadership and team management abilities, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach with high accountability. This is a full-time position based in Noida, with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
