Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented NOC Engineer to join our team. This role involves monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving network issues to ensure maximum uptime, performance, and stability of client IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in networking, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

* Network Monitoring: Continuously track traffic, performance, and security using monitoring tools.

* Incident Management: Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve outages, slowdowns, and malfunctions.

* Troubleshooting: Quickly address connectivity, bandwidth, or hardware failures.

* Alert Management: Review and prioritize alerts, escalating critical issues as required.

* Performance Optimization: Analyze network performance and recommend improvements.

* Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and escalations.

* Maintenance Support: Assist in planned upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.

* Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and engineering teams to resolve complex issues.

* Security Monitoring: Monitor traffic and logs for potential threats, escalating to security teams when necessary.

* Customer Support: Provide timely technical assistance to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: BCA / MCA / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24x7 NOC environment).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
