Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to oversee and manage comprehensive domestic and international accounting functions, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires expertise in handling audits, GST, TDS, income tax, payroll compliance, and international transactions, while also providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The candidate will supervise accounting operations, ensure regulatory adherence, and contribute to process improvements within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial statements preparation, and statutory audits.

* Ensure accurate and timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and international accounting standards.

* Supervise payroll processing and manage PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory deductions.

* Review and monitor bank reconciliations, fund flow, and international remittances.

* Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.

* Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for statutory and internal audits.

* Implement process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.

* Guide and mentor junior accounting staff in daily operations and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

* CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 5+ years of relevant experience.

* Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, MS Excel, and other ERP/accounting tools.

* Strong expertise in taxation, international accounting, and financial compliance.

* Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deliver under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
