Senior Account Manager – US IT Staffing We are looking for an experienced senior account manager to manage and grow client accounts in the US IT staffing space. Key Responsibilities: Manage US IT staffing accounts (W2, C2C, Contract & full-time). Build strong relationships with clients, MSPs, and vendors Work closely with recruiting teams to close positions quickly Drive new requirements, revenue growth, and account expansion Handle rate negotiation, extensions, and client escalations Track performance using ATS/CRM tools Requirements: 6+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS platforms Excellent client management and negotiation skills Ability to work with offshore recruitment teams Location: Agra/Noida/Remote Shift: US Time Zone Experience: Senior Level Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,115.46 - ₹200,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Agra, Uttar Pradesh
