Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Network Operations Center Engineer located in New Delhi. As a Network Operations Center Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will involve network administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and network security. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our network infrastructure.

Job Configuration, Maintenance Local PBX Server, VICIDIAL**  Configuration, Maintenance and updating hosted Asterisk server.  Maintenance of Hosted Dialer  Creation, configuration, maintenance Of IVR, DID/TFN configuration including Hunting and voice mail, DTMF Passing.  Creation, configuration, maintenance of different services in Asterisk.

 Working on Soft Switches VOS, VPS,NEXGE & Itel Schedule: Shift  Rotational shift Supplemental pay types:  Performance bonus  Yearly bonus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
