Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and result-driven E-commerce Specialist with strong Digital Marketing skills to manage our online sales channels and grow our brand visibility. The ideal candidate will oversee marketplace operations, digital campaigns, analytics, and conversions across platforms.

Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Operations:

• Manage product listings, catalog uploads, and content on platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.)
• Coordinate with logistics & customer service teams for timely order fulfillment and returns
• Monitor daily sales, inventory, pricing, and competition
• Execute promotions, deals, and offers across platforms

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram)
• Track website and campaign performance via Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• SEO optimization for website and product pages
• Email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, influencer collaborations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing
• Knowledge of marketplace portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and CMS (Shopify, WooCommerce)
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.
• Excellent communication, coordination & reporting skills
