Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support through the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Monitor network and systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely escalations.
• Collaborate with global teams, particularly in the U.S., to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Maintain service uptime and adhere to SLA standards.
• Document issues, actions taken, and resolutions clearly and accurately.
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong interest or background in the telecom domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent and no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence).
• Flexibility to work in night shifts and across different time zones (especially U.S. hours).
• Service Agreement: Willingness to commit to a 2-year service agreement (mandatory).
• For experienced professionals: Prior exposure to U.S.-based clients or teams is required.
• Only candidates currently residing in Pune will be considered due to on-site requirements.
  

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and incident response.
• Previous work in telecom operations or global network environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
