Senior Administrator

As a Senior Manager Administration at our company located in BKC-Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the overall administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the entire administration function to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. - Overseeing facility management, infrastructure, housekeeping, security, transport, and front-office operations. - Developing and implementing policies, processes, and best practices for administrative efficiency. - Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations while ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance. - Driving initiatives for workplace safety, health, and environment (SHE). - Ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational guidelines. - Supporting leadership with administrative planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. - Managing internal/external audits related to administration. - Leading and mentoring the admin team to deliver high-quality support services. - Implementing digital/admin tech tools for efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration/Management/Operations (preferred). - 12-18 years of progressive experience in Administration, Facility Management, or Corporate Services. - Proven experience in managing large facilities, vendor networks, and compliance. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Exposure to BFSI/financial services industry preferred. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
