Collect blood, urine, and other samples from patients following safety and hygiene protocols. Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments like centrifuges, microscopes, and analyzers. Record and report results accurately and in a timely manner to the concerned physician or department. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of samples and biohazard materials. Maintain quality control procedures and participate in internal and external quality assurance programs. Keep inventory of lab supplies and coordinate with purchase/stock departments. Maintain cleanliness and sterility in the lab environment at all times. Diploma or B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) from a recognized institution. Minimum 13 years of experience in a clinical laboratory (Freshers may be considered based on merit). Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling samples and reporting. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
