Position: Senior Accounts Manager

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter).

Compensation: As per market standard

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounts Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Office tools, and accounting standards. This role involves leading the finance and accounts team, managing compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire accounting and finance function using Tally ERP.
• Supervise costing, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure accurate inventory accounting, raw material consumption, and stock reconciliations.
• Handle finalization of accounts, audit coordination, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
• Manage cash flow, fund planning, and working capital effectively.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and audit reports.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Mentor and guide the accounting team for performance and accuracy.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
