by managing statutory filings (MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC, MSME, etc.) and supporting internal and statutory audits.
Maintain
Director's compliance records
, manage personal tax documentation, and ensure timely filing of returns.
Oversee
documentation control and reporting
, maintain organized tax records, and prepare monthly compliance status reports for management.
