Job Summary

Aspect Bullion & Refinery Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-orientated Senior Accounts Manager to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting processes, compliance, reporting, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audits
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, Vendors and tax authorities
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial controls
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
• Ensure timely closing of books and accurate financial reporting
• Implement and improve accounting systems and internal control

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
