Senior Accounts Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and loan processing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in loan documentation, coordination with banks/financial institutions, and preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and companies. Experience in a CA firm or investment banking environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Compliance

- Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing.

- Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) under supervision of the CA.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal accounting standards.

- GST

- Handled Litigation till at least tribunal, GST advance, finalisation, GST 1, r9c

• Income Tax & Other Returns

- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.

- Assist in tax computations, advance tax, TDS returns, and related reconciliations.

- Handle notices, assessments, and routine tax-related correspondence.

• Loan Processing & Documentation

- Prepare and review loan proposals, CMA data, project reports, and financial projections.

- Compile and verify loan documentation including financials, KYC, bank statements, and supporting documents.

- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing, sanction, and disbursement.

- Track loan status and ensure timely submission of required documents.

• Technical Skills

GST

- Practical exposure to loan processing and banking documentation

- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software

- Working knowledge of CMA data, projections, and MIS reporting

• Soft Skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communication and client-handling skills

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
