Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation basics, and statutory compliances. You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, tax filings, and assisting with financial documentation. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. Work with accounting software and ERP systems for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. Prepare to assist with Income Tax Filings. Manage TDS compliances, including TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings. Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance, including GSTR preparation, reconciliation, and filing. Prepare financial statements, reports, and documentation as required. Work with MS Office tools (Word, Excel) for reporting and data management. Coordinate accounting related queries. Support the finance department with additional administrative and compliance tasks as needed. Skills Required Strong understanding of Accounting Principles Knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST Experience with Accounting Software/ERP/Tally Proficiency in MS Word & Excel Attention to detail, accuracy, and good communicate on skills
