Key Responsibilities Counsel working professionals (aged 35–55) on the right upskilling and career advancement programs Engage with inbound leads only (calls, WhatsApp, and other intent-driven channels) Understand learner goals, career context, and constraints before recommending programs Build trust through consultative selling—not pushy tactics Close enrollments by aligning learner needs with the right outcomes Maintain accurate updates on lead interactions and follow-ups Own your monthly targets end-to-end—pipeline, conversions, and closures Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of experience in sales , inside sales, or consultative selling Proven ability to own outcomes independently without constant supervision Comfortable handling conversations with experienced, mid-career professionals Strong listening, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills Self-driven, disciplined, and reliable in delivering results Comfortable with phone and WhatsApp-based selling Work Culture & Expectations No daily standups No mandatory daily office attendance Choose any 5–10 days per month to work from the office, aligned with your manager Complete flexibility on how and when you work—as long as outcomes are delivered We measure success by results , not screen time What We Value Predictability over noise Ownership over instructions Outcomes over activity Trust over micromanagement
