Job Title: Sea Export Pricing Executive (Freight Forwarding) Location: Marol, Andheri East Department: Pricing Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sea Export Pricing Executive with a background in freight forwarding. Key Responsibilities: Obtain and negotiate freight rates from carriers, co-loaders, and overseas agents for sea export shipments. Prepare customized and competitive quotes for internal sales teams and direct customers. Maintain and update a rate database including ocean freight, surcharges, local charges, and validity periods. Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic pricing decisions . Coordinate with overseas offices and partners to gather rate inputs and ensure quote accuracy. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and customer requirements in all pricing activities. Respond promptly to pricing inquiries and provide guidance to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure margin accuracy and pricing profitability. Support tender and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes for large accounts. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience in freight forwarding with a strong focus on sea export pricing . In-depth knowledge of ocean freight market , incoterms, and cost structures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High proficiency in MS Excel and pricing software/tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
