Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 2. Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. 3. Audit and Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist with audit procedures and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. 4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and provide variance analysis and recommendations. 5. Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks. 6. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including management reports, board reports, and external reports. Secondary Responsibilities: 1.
