Job Title Sales Officer Location Bikaner, Rajasthan (must be a local resident with strong connections and knowledge of all Bikaner markets) Industry & Product FMCG – Detergent Powder Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 monthly Key Responsibilities Drive primary and secondary sales across Bikaner – covering urban & rural outlets. Build & maintain distributor and retailer relationships. Meet monthly volume and revenue targets. Implement in-market trade promotions and merchandising. Monitor competitor activity and suggest pricing/placement tweaks. Collect market feedback to support R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams. Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock levels, and collection status. Qualifications & Experience Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Business). 2–5 years’ FMCG sales experience (detergents preferred). Deep knowledge of Bikaner’s retail landscape—townships, mandi yards, kirana shops, etc. Own two-wheeler with valid driving license. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Field Sales & Marketing Executive – HoReCa Division (Rajasthan) About Us Shambhoo Detergent Pvt. Ltd. is a leading FMCG brand Hiring for HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) sector. We are expanding our reach across Rajasthan and seek a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in this dynamic market.
