Job Title: Field Sales Coordinator
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Field Work: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Office Reporting: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in the field, and reporting daily progress at the office. You will play a key role in driving sales and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to generate new leads and meet potential customers.
• Promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of client visits and sales activities.
• Report daily updates and plans to the office between 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Assist in sales strategy planning based on field data and feedback.
• Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth execution of orders and services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in field sales (preferred - FMCG Industry).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor work.
• Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and apps for reporting.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and punctual.
• Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred but not mandatory).
