Field Sales Coordinator

We are hiring a Field Sales Coordinator to manage institution outreach, field activities, and student acquisition across Kerala. The role involves visiting institutions, conducting student sessions, attending events, engaging with communities, and generating consistent leads for the admissions team. A short self-introduction video is required for all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per planned schedules
• Conduct student sessions, workshops, and awareness activities
• Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners
• Collect accurate student/parent details and update the CRM
• Support offline branding activities such as posters, brochures, and standees
• Develop and manage local agent networks and referral channels
• Generate leads through outreach, field visits, and community interactions
• Participate in fairs, expos, campus events, and public programs
• Identify partnership opportunities with institutions and local businesses
• Review event performance based on lead conversion
• Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for lead follow-up
• Promote walk-ins to centers through field activities
• Maintain daily logs of visits, events, and leads collected
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
• Support internal teams in campaigns and outreach initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, fieldwork, or BTL marketing
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Ability to independently manage travel, events, and field operations
• Comfortable with extensive travel and achieving monthly targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
• Self-introduction video is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
