Key Responsibilities
Drive primary and secondary sales across Bikaner – covering urban & rural outlets.
Build & maintain distributor and retailer relationships.
Meet monthly volume and revenue targets.
Implement in-market trade promotions and merchandising.
Monitor competitor activity and suggest pricing/placement tweaks.
Collect market feedback to support R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock levels, and collection status.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Business).
2–5 years’ FMCG sales experience (detergents preferred).
Deep knowledge of Bikaner’s retail landscape—townships, mandi yards, kirana shops, etc.
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills.
