Your responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and managing raw data from various sources within the FMCG industry, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data entered into our systems, monitoring and maintaining data integrity, generating reports based on required data metrics, collaborating with other departments to meet data needs, and implementing data security best practices to safeguard confidential information. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Management, Information Technology, or Business Administration, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data management within an FMCG or similar industry. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software like Excel, SQL, and ERP systems is essential, coupled with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Desired skills for this role include experience in working with large datasets and data analytics, strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and basic knowledge of supply chain and sales data management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
