Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of TDS AND TDS RETURN, GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B), and stock statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
• Timely preparation and filing of TDS returns.
• Manage GST compliance including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3B.
• Prepare and maintain accurate stock statements and inventory reports.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for all accounting records.
• Support senior management with financial data and reports as needed.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of TDS and GST regulations.
• Experience in preparing and filing TDS and GST returns.
• Proficiency in stock accounting and inventory management.
• Working knowledge of accounting software like Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of MS Excel and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting and taxation.
• Certification in GST or TDS compliance (preferred but not mandatory).
