Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Indore. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, overseeing tax compliance, and conducting financial analysis. The role will also involve reconciling accounts, maintaining general ledgers, and assisting with audits and budgeting processes. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting Advanced skills in Accounting, General Ledger Management, and Account Reconciliation Knowledge of Tax Compliance, Auditing, and Regulatory Requirements Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector is an advantage
