We are seeking an energetic and organized HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance (such as Form 12, Form 17), and other HR documentation. Key Responsibilities: Core HR Operations Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes Maintain accurate employee records and files Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures Organize training sessions, employee engagement programs, and reviews Statutory Compliance & HR Forms Form 12 (Muster Roll): Maintain daily attendance and work hours records in compliance with the Factories Act or Shops & Establishments Act Form 17 (Register of Wages): Ensure timely and accurate wage entries, updates, and monthly payroll compliance Prepare and maintain other employee-related statutory records such as: Form 13 (Leave with Wages Register) Form 7 (Register of Overtime) PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus documentation Labour Welfare Fund contributions and returns Liaise with auditors, inspectors, and government departments during audits or inspections Payroll & Benefits Collect and verify attendance and leave records for payroll Coordinate with accounts or external payroll vendors Administer employee benefits like insurance, reimbursements, PF/ESI claims Employee Relations & Compliance Address employee concerns and maintain positive work culture Ensure compliance with the latest labor laws and regulatory updates Support internal HR audits and workplace compliance initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related field 1–3 years of experience in HR, including exposure to statutory compliance Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory HR documentation Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
