Job Description

Sweep, mop, and clean floors in offices, production areas, warehouses, and toilets.
Collect and dispose of factory and office waste in designated bins.
Clean dust and cobwebs from walls, ceilings, and equipment (non-sensitive).
Sanitize restrooms and ensure proper availability of hygiene supplies (soap, tissues, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness of entrance areas, corridors, staircases, and canteens.
Inform supervisor about any repairs or deep-cleaning needs (e.g. plumbing issues, pest control).
Follow daily cleaning schedules and checklists as assigned.
Assist during factory clean-up days or shutdown maintenance.
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene protocols in the industrial environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 8th standard pass preferred (not mandatory).
Prior experience in industrial or factory cleaning is an advantage.
Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Honest, punctual, and reliable.

Work Conditions:

Working hours: [Specify timing, e.g., 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week]
Work location: Factory premises (including production floor and offices)
May involve exposure to industrial dust, noise, and machinery zones (safety gear provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
