📢 We’re Hiring! Manager – Accounts | Full-time | Delhi 📍 Location: Delhi 📅 Apply by: 30 June 2025 Delhi Council for Child Welfare (DCCW) – a trusted non-governmental organization established in 1952 – is looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager – Accounts to lead our finance team. We work across 15 centres in Delhi, supporting abandoned and underprivileged children through impactful programs. Financial Oversight Maintain accurate records of income, expenditure, assets, and liabilities Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial plans Track fund utilization and report variances 2. Compliance & Audit Ensure statutory and donor compliance (Income Tax, GST, FCRA etc.) Coordinate internal and external audits Strengthen internal controls and implement audit recommendations 3. Reporting & Analysis Generate timely financial reports, balance sheets, and dashboards Provide insights for strategic decisions Prepare financial reports for donors and management 4. Payroll & HR Accounting Oversee payroll, reimbursements, and tax deductions Ensure compliance with labour laws 5. Leadership & Coordination Lead and mentor the finance team Liaise with auditors, donors, and legal consultants ✅ Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: B.Com with 15 years of experience (preferably 10 years in the NGO sector) Inter CA preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Tally, ERP) Strong ethics, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Hindi To Apply: Send your CV and a cover letter detailing your suitability for the role to director.dccw@gmail.com OR dccw.info@gmail.com Subject line: Application Manager – Accounts Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
