Senior Accountant,

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with [GAAP/IFRS] standards.

Account Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliations of general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts; analyze variances and provide recommendations.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures, and stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements.

Tax Preparation: Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely filing of all tax-related documents.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
