Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting functions, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires hands-on experience in accounting, GST, and payroll, and the ability to support management with accurate financial insights.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

• Maintain complete books of accounts (Sales, Purchases, Expenses, Assets).
• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software.
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) regularly.
• Track receivables, payables, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements and basic financial reports for management.

Compliance & Statutory Filings

• Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations).
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and support PF & ESI filings (with consultants if required).
• Maintain statutory registers and documentation.

Payroll & HR Support

• Process monthly payroll accurately.
• Calculate PF, ESI, deductions, incentives, and overtime.
• Maintain salary sheets and employee records.

Audit & Coordination

• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and government departments.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance readiness.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in accounting roles (MSME/startup experience preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, payroll, and compliance.
• Good understanding of PF & ESI concepts.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred, not mandatory).
• Experience in manufacturing, food, or e-commerce businesses is a plus.
